Sprint Filter T14 is a highly efficient, low maintenance air filter tissue specifically designed for MX, Enduro and dusty road and off-road conditions. Unlike foam and cotton gauze filters, Sprint Filter T14 is a dry filter tissue, requiring no oiling or washing. A few seconds of blowing with compressed air is all that's needed to clean the T14, saving valuable time and money in maintenance.

Made from a unique non-woven fabric, T14 has undergone rigorous testing and development both in the laboratory and in some of the most challenging terrains globally, in collaboration with leading manufacturers. ISO 5011:2020 Certified Testing

In addition to extensive real-world testing, the T14 air filter, along with the T12 filter, have been subjected to ISO 5011:2020 certified tests in an independent accredited laboratory. 

ISO 5011:2020 testing is designed to measure clean air flow, differential air flow under dust loading, full-life filtration efficiency, and dust capacity. T14 and T12 were measured along with a leading brand aftermarket foam filter and a leading brand aftermarket cotton gauze filter, both of which are pre-oiled filters. Tests were carried out using ISO 12103-1 A4 Arizona Coarse test dust and with consistent air flow, dust feed rate and concentration, temperature and humidity.

Both T14 and T12 significantly outperformed the foam and cotton gauze filters, with T14 demonstrating the least resistance to air flow of all four filters and competitive full-life filtration efficiency, while the T12 demonstrated the most efficient full-life filtration of all four filters with less air flow resistance than the pre-oiled foam filter.

Proven Off-Road Performance

The T14 air filter, along with the T12, has undergone extensive off -road testing in some of the most challenging terrains, ranging from desert terrains to muddy trails. This extensive testing, conducted in partnership with renowned motorcycle manufacturers, ensures that Sprint Filter T14 and T12 meet and exceed the most stringent performance and quality benchmarks.

Extensive off-road testing has demonstrated not only the filtration efficiency of the T14 filter but also that the relatively low dust capacity of T14 does not impact it's filtration efficiency even after many hours of riding. In ISO 5011 laboratory testing, the air flow is constant but in real world usage, when the rider closes the throttle, contaminant from the filter will be deposited on the walls of the airbox upstream of the filter, ensuring good engine breathing even after many hours of use on dusty terrains.
