• What is the header pipe outer diameter?
  The outer diameter is 35mm.
• What size gaskets does this system use at the header port?
  This header uses 44mm header port gaskets.
• Can I access the oil filter and sump nut with these pipes on?
  Yes you can carry out oil changes without removing the pipes.
• What is the header pipe outlet outer diameter?
  The outer diameter of the downpipes where the joining pipe connects is 64mm.
• What are they made from?
  Our header pipes are made from quality 304 grade stainless steel and are highly polished to give an impressive finish.
• Which end does the baffle come out?
  This silencer has a twin stage baffle that comes pre installed, You can remove the inner baffle with one allen key bolt for a little more note and less back pressure, or you can remove the inner cartridge to have the full drag pipe effect.
• Is this a loud silencer?
  Yes this can be loud on some engine configurations.
• Do you have a quieter baffle for this silencer?
  Not currently however the standard baffle it comes with does a pretty good job.
• Can you repack this silencer?
  No these are not repackable silencers however replacement internal cartridges are available.
• What is the inlet I.D of the silencer?
  Inlet I.D is 2.5" and is a pretty standard size for most applications.
• What is this silencer made from?
  This is made from 304 stainless steel and is highly polished.
• How long do I allow the sealant to dry?
  We recommend you leave the sealant to dry 24hrs to cure be fore staring the bike.
• Where do I use the sealant?
  Use the sealant on every pipe to pipe join as this will help seal the system and prevent any exhaust gas leaks.
