• What are these downpipes made of?.
  All our systems are made from 304 stainless steel.
• What is the diameter of the downpipe?.
  Outer diameter of the down pipe is 35mm.
• What size is the 02 sensor thread?.
  This system takes a 12mm x 1.25mm O2 sensor and is standard on all models.
• What is the silencer made of?..
  The silencer outer sleave is made from 304 stainless steel skillfully welded and highly polished.
• How does it attach to the bike?..
  These silencer sleaves have two 8mm bolts on the inner side of the silencer that work with the supplied specific bracket for your model.
• What is the inlet I.D of the silencer?..
  Inlet I.D is 50.8mm and is a common size for most models.
• What is the diameter of the silencer?..
  The O.D of the silencer is 80mm.
• Can you adjust the angle of the exhaust tip to point down or out?..
  Yes, Our system has 5 different positions, You can adjust position by removing one 4mm allen key bolt and turning until you see another thread then re fit the bolt.
• How loud is this system?
  Loud when you open the throttle not so loud at idle or low RPMs.
• Does it have a removeable baffle?.
  Yes this comes with a baffle pre installed, You can remove if you want it to be louder.
• Do you have a quieter baffle for this silencer?.
  Not currently however the standard baffle it comes with does a pretty good job.
• Can you repack this silencer?..
  No these are not repackable silencers however replacement internal cartridges are available.
• What is this silencer made from?
  304 Stainless steel highly polished.
• Does this system come with a mounting bracket and all fittings?.
  Yes this system comes with everything you need to install, all bolts, gaskets and brackets you can see in the images.
• How long do I allow the sealant to dry?
  We recommend you leave the sealant to cure for 24hrs before starting the bike.
• Where do I use the sealant?
  Use the sealant on every pipe to pipe join as this will help seal the system and prevent any exhaust gas leaks.
• Will this system work with swing arm bobbins.
  Yes this system will work with swing arm bobbins.
